Grand babies

     I got another visit with cute baby Reese. She’s just the sweetest! And Charlie was happy to join me.

    And these Wendel girls sure have their Papa wrapped around their fingers.

      A fun week and now on to the first week of Spring in just a few short days! I hope Mother Nature has a reminder in her calendar.

Cuteness overload

    Baby Reese is officially 3 months old, as of March 2nd, and she's getting cuter by the minute.

 

    Georgia loves sitting by Greg and making claim.

    Brock is officially a licensed driver and we pray he'll soon be an employee somewhere so he can afford to enjoy that privilege.

Cute girls! Beau clapped for Harley every time she won the game she was playing.

    And no photo proof, but Greg and I just returned from seeing one of my favorite comedians, Gary Gulman and my cheeks and jaw hurt from smiling and laughing so hard. So fun!
    And now prepare yourselves for that big time change! Springing forward is where it's at!

St. George adventures 2024!

       What a great week of sunshine and free-time! I love our 'every-other-year' trips to St. George! This week was no exception and I don't have a single negative, the weather was fantastic, we ate at great restaurants that we've never been to before and Greg had far more free time then in years past so we got to do a lot of our adventures together. Here's a few photos of some of the highlights. I really didn't take near enough photos for histories sake, but hopefully enough to remind us of all the fun. 

    Oh, and I broke records on my morning walks, walking probably the fastest miles of my life. There's nothing better then walking on flat trails in the sunshine.

Hit a jewelry store and couldn't resist purchasing these little beauties. It's a miracle I didn't walk out with more!

Greg signed up for the skeet shooting activity for the fourth time and had a great time. The stranger in the bottom photo was our neighbors doppleganger so I had to sneak a photo for proof. (Sadly, he wasn't very good at shooting.)

We soaked up some sun by the pool.

Talk about hard-decisions!

    I'm sorry I don't have more photos of the great places we ate and our fun visit with our friends, Greg & April but we did eat at some great places, like Morty's Cafe & Angelica's Mexican Grill and we really did have a great visit with Greg & April and their cute puppy, "Chunk". 

    It was a great week and we need to get away like this a little more often!

    Oh, and the kids all got along fine, back at the house, on their own, with a little help from friends.

A variety of fun and sweet

    Our good friend had many amazing taxidermy displays at the recent hunting expo in Salt Lake and it was fun to go and see his skills on a massive scale as well as an endless variety of other hunting related things.

This display of sheep is a 'grand slam', one hunter, four species of sheep all hunted in the last couple years.

    Charlie had her final basketball game this week and did great. Here's to another successful basketball season.

    I treated myself to a professional 'gel-nail' manicure and I'm obsessed! It might be time to raise Isaac's rent so I can afford to make this a regular thing.

    And I had the privilege of seeing baby Reese, in person, for the 3rd time now. She's so sweet! I can't get enough!

    A lot of fun things this past week! And next week I get to spend the week living it up in St. George with Greg. Yippee!

Simple fun

    We had the cutest girls join us for McClane's basketball game. 

Apparently the buzzer was a bit too loud for Beau.

    We had some fun "heart hair-dos" to celebrate Valentine's week.

This was a fun and easy one.

    Greg nailed the Valentine gift this year.

 

    And Charlie had the best time celebrating Valentine's with some of her favorite people.

 

    Lots of simple fun and lots of love!

B-ball and babies

    McClane is playing basketball and doing pretty good. He had his first opportunity to shoot free throws at his last game and Greg managed to get a photo to prove it.

    We had another fun Sunday dinner and snuggles with the Wendel girls.

Harley was exhausted.

And a bonus visit the very next day with these two cuties.

    And I love getting photos of baby Reese. She's starting to really change and her personality is starting to show.

    We sure feel lucky to have such a great family!
