FHE and Charlie, of course!

Kayli had to work Monday night and Greg and I had a little investigating to do at Cabela's for my dad so we made it our Family Home Evening activity.
Mark had tokens for the shooting gallery from a long time ago and they had the place all to themselves.
Greg helping McClane.

Isaac was having a blast.

Brock was happy to just pretend shoot.
Charlie and I waiting for the boys to use up all their tokens.
Perfect photo opportunity for all the boys.  Here's Brock.
Carter had the best pose.
Isaac
McClane didn't quite know what I was asking him to do.
Mark never misses an opportunity to make a silly face.
All five boys.
Heading out they had to 'try out' the paddle boats.
This is how Kayli and Charlie spend a lot of time.
Brock and Charlie.
McClane insisted on holding Charlie but refused to smile for some reason.
McClane's in lala land and Charlie is DONE!
My view when Charlie's on my shoulder.  Oh she's just so sweet!
Just chillin' with mom.
      And that's a wrap!

Ghosts, pumpkins and baby, oh my!

A bike ride to the cemetery, at night, with a group of neighbor kids, maybe not the best idea?
Mark and Brock are oblivious to the green guy hanging behind them, in fact all the kids are but after the photo was taken he became all too clear, SPOOKY!
15 pumpkins, all home grown, love it!
A close up of the four in the shade.
Greg has done it again, another successful pumpkin patch.  And to think a few weeks ago he told me there weren't any big pumpkins growing in his garden.  Now I just need a few cornstalks to complete my fall outdoor decor.
Carter and Isaac enjoying some Charlie snuggles before reading time.
She's so sweet!
I enjoy some Charlie snuggles too!
And the blue eyes win!  (Dang it.)
And of course one of our cutest 'pumpkins' of all, baby Charlie!!  She's growing big too!

One month!

How is it possible that a whole month has already passed!?  Here's just a few photos of this past week and mainly of September 12th, Charlie's one month birthday.
Here's one of many one month photos.  She was being so cooperative I took several and they were all too cute that it was hard to just choose one.

Here's a photo the day after her one month birthday.
And here's handsome Carter having a little 'Charlie squeeze' while waiting at the orthodontist office.
Sadly she's grown out of all her newborn sized clothes.  She's on the last package of newborn sized diapers too.  I wish she would just stay small and sweet but if nothing else I'm going to enjoy every moment of this time.  Maybe what I need is to have two or three babies at the same time and maybe then I'd be cured of the baby cravings.  Kind of like when you eat too much of your favorite food all at once and you tell yourself you'll never do that again.  Anyway, she's a sweet baby and I just wish the time would slow down just a titch.

Nearly 4 weeks!

I can't believe baby Charlie is nearly 4 weeks old already.  I wish pregnancy went this fast instead of after the pregnancy.
I had hoped to upload the video of Kayli with Charlie in the delivery room but it didn't want to work right.  Some day I'll figure out what I'm doing wrong.  For now here's some of the most recent photos.

Brock being a cute big brother.
Aunt Maridel came by to visit.
And Cousin Emma came too.
And cousin Nathan.
Maridel loves the babies:-)
And our good friend and neighbor, Jen Smith came by for a baby 'fix'.
And here's Kayli doing what she does best, SMOTHERING Charlie.
Two cute girls!
Charlie's finally wearing the one outfit I bought her.
She's such a doll.

And Charlie was my little bed buddy while Greg was at Father's and Son's last night.
May this next week go a bit slower while we continue to love on this new baby bliss.
